Privacy Policy
In short: this game collects nothing. It has no account, no advertising, no analytics and no purchases, and it does not send anything about you anywhere. Everything below is the detail behind that sentence.
1. We do not ask who you are
The game has no account, no sign-in and no profile. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts or location. There is nothing to log into and nothing to fill in.
2. Your progress stays on your device
Which levels you have finished, your stars and your settings are written to local storage on your own device. They are not uploaded, we cannot read them, and we hold no copy. Uninstalling the game deletes them.
3. No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising
This version contains no analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK and no advertising SDK. No advertising identifier is read. The game makes no network requests of its own, so no device identifier, IP address or usage event reaches us or any third party through it.
We have nothing to sell, rent or share, because we hold nothing.
4. The one case where another company sees a request
If you tap the Terms or Privacy link inside the game, your device opens this website in your browser. This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, so GitHub's servers receive that request, including your IP address, the same way any website visit works. That is a visit to a web page, not data the game sends. GitHub's handling of it is covered by the GitHub Privacy Statement.
5. No in-app purchases
There are no purchases, subscriptions or paid currency in this version, so no payment data exists and none is processed.
6. Children
The game is not directed to children under 13. Because the game collects no data at all, no data from a child is collected either.
7. Your rights
Laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) and the CCPA (California) give you the right to see, correct or delete data a company holds about you. In our case the honest answer is that there is nothing to give you, correct or delete, because we hold no data about you. The only data that exists is your save file, on your own device:
- To delete it: uninstall the game, or clear its storage in your device settings.
- To ask us anything about this: write to the address in section 10.
- You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
We do not charge for any request and we do not treat you differently for making one.
8. Security
The strongest protection for personal data is not to collect it, which is the approach this game takes.
9. Changes
We plan to add crash reporting and basic gameplay analytics (Google Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics) in a future update, so that we can fix crashes and see which levels are too hard. When that version is released, this page will be updated first to describe exactly what those tools collect, the date at the top will change, and the Google Play "Data safety" section for the app will be updated to match. If we ever add advertising or purchases, the same applies: the policy changes before the release does.
